Warm Up
Play the Ha-Ha Game! Students line up then lay on their backs, their heads resting on the stomach of the person behind them. When laid out, students should form a zig-zag pattern. Students then count off. The first in line then begins by saying “ha”. The second in line will say, “ha, ha.” Third in line says, “ha, ha, ha…” and so on down the line. If anyone laughs before getting to the end of the line, you must go back to the beginning and start over. The goal is to get through the whole group without laughing.
Transition
What was hard or frustrating about this game? Were you able to make it to the end of the group? Why/why not?
Video
Laughter is contagious, right? Once someone starts going, it can be hard to quit. You can be doubled over, your stomach hurts so much, your eyes will be streaming tears, and still you can’t stop laughing.
Rend Collective, in their video Revival Anthem, sings about having a faith as contagious as laughing – a faith so hot that it spreads across nations. They sing and pray for a revival of faith among this generation of believers. Take a look at the video!

Wrap Up
As much as laughter can be contagious, we want our faith, our love for Jesus to be even more catching!
In Matthew 5:16, Jesus says, “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Through actively loving others, through acts of kindness, from living out our worship to God – people will see our faith. They will see the God-light in you as a believer and they will begin to crave that light for themselves. Maybe not all at once – revival isn’t always instantaneous. But if we persist, if we continue living out our worship, revival will come! And how beautiful it will be as it spreads like wildfire!
